Please arrive 10 minutes before for your appointment and silence all devices during treatment to ensure a pleasant experience is had by our guests.
If you would like to purchase products please call, text or reserve a time slot online for pick up. We want to make sure that you are not inconvenienced if we are with a client.
Returns / Exchanges / Credits
In-house credit or exchange will be issued on unopened products accompanied with receipt within 14 days of purchase. All gift cards and pre-paid services are non-refundable, but are transferable. Any in store credit must be used within 6 months of credit received. Sale items, and make-up are final sale.
Promotions and Specials
Promotions and specials offered at Ana Belen Skin Care cannot be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or third-party gift certificates and online vouchers.
Treatment Series Return Policy
Ana Belen Skin Care is unable to issue returns or reimburse any payment transactions on a series of treatments purchased. An exchange or credit for another treatment series may be available.
Please keep in mind that arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next guest is not inconvenienced. Please understand that we cannot adjust pricing for reduced service time due to late arrival. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes past appointment start time will forfeit their appointment and full payment is required.
In order to maintain a quiet atmosphere we ask that you not bring your kids to any appointment. We kindly appreciate it your cooperation.
Appointment Cancellation and No Shows
All new clients and clients with last minute cancellations or no shows will now be required to put a 40% deposit when booking.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. Please call or text to 254-295-3820. If there is no answer, please leave a voice mail and/or text your cancellation. Please keep in mind that “No-shows” or last minute cancellations are not respectful of the studio or other clients who could have come in at your appointment time. We do understand that things happen beyond our control and will do our best to accommodate your needs. Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments will lose their deposit. If you no show you will need to text or call to schedule all future appointments, online booking will not be available.
Permanent Makeup Deposit
Permanent Makeup requires a $50 non-refundable deposit. When you book your permanent makeup appointement you will receive an invoice in your email. If not paid within 24 hours of booking your appointment, the appointment will cancelled without notice.
Permanent Makeup Policy
If any other technician applies permanent makeup over an area that was originally done by Ana; she will no longer perform future treatments. This is to maintain the integrity of any permanent makeup applied.
